Yes, and we recommend it. Chat on Homees, then show them the place in person or on a video call before you agree on anything.
Mark your listing as filled, either from the listing page or the ⋮ menu in your conversation. It's hidden from search and new guests can't message you, but your existing conversations stay open.
Bright photos and an honest description. Say who you live with, what's included (bills, wifi, linen) and what's nearby. Guests trust listings that tell them what to expect.
Use the ⋮ menu in the conversation to block or report them. Reports go to the Homees team, who will review the conversation.
